The Coach
The one who keeps us moving forward.
The Coach believes in us when we've stopped believing in ourselves. When we feel stuck, they help us figure out a plan and make sure we stick to it, one step at a time.
And when that voice in our head tells us we can't, The Coach is the one that says otherwise.

You can turn overwhelm into small, doable actions so life starts moving again.
You challenge the negative thoughts and help us believe in ourselves again.
You keep us accountable for looking after ourselves.
WHY YOUR KIND.MATTERS
We borrow your belief in us, when we've stopped believing in ourselves.
When we're struggling, our brains can make us question ourselves and convince us that we have to do everything on our own. At the same time, just getting through the day can take everything we've got, leaving nothing left to do the things that might help us feel better.
The Coach tells that voice that it's wrong, and lets us borrow their energy and belief, until we've got enough of our own again.
THE COACH, IN ACTION
What this looks like in real life.
Four tips to help you put your Kind. into practice.
Turn our intentions into a simple, specific plan: what, when, where and with whom.
Help us focus on movement, not perfection - start with small achievable steps.
Offer to do the thing with us, not just tell them to do it.
Celebrate effort as progress, not outcomes - especially if we dismiss it ourselves. Small wins matter.
